When using the Custom Move/Resize action, the current window cannot be moved to the primary display. When I do this, the window moves to the primary display, and then immediately jumps back to its original display. This happens no matter which method I use to target the primary display (set new position "0 screens from main display", "to screen with mouse cursor" or "to screen with specific frame"). Much like another issue I reported here, this only seems to occur with two Thunderbolt displays attached to my MacBook and only if the left thunderbolt display is my primary display (where the dock and menu bar sit).
