"Custom Move / Resize" fails to move to Main Display

Describe the bug
"Custom Move / Resize" fails to move to Main Monitor. The window flashes to the main Display and then back to the monitor it was in originally.

My setup:

  • External (Main Display),
  • Sidecar (Monitor 2, placed to the left of Main)
  • Internal (Monitor 3, placed below Main)

I have triggers for moving windows to monitor 2 and 3, and those work fine.

Seems to be the same as reported here: Window will not move to primary display with Custom Move/Resize

Troubleshooting update: I have also tried to set it to "Screen with specific frame", but I get the same result (window flashes to intended monitor and then back to original monitor). Definitely a bug!

you don’t have any of the checkboxes checked that would result in moving the window. You need to at least change the x or y pos (usually both)

That was it! Interesting, because with my other two triggers for displays 2 and 3 I don't have those boxes checked and it works perfectly. But amazing, thank you so much Andreas :raised_hands:t3:
