The new generic device trigger support should definitely allow for this!

I'm not sure this is a bug, but I notice that when I use my Razer Synapse Mouse, Razer Mamba, that not all the buttons are recognized. That isn't the biggest problem, and yes, I did read the issue about support. However, I would like to request if there is a button mapping capability for side-scrolling. When I push to the R-side on the scroll wheel, it is recognized as Scroll Up, and similarly for L-side scroll...But there is no similar feature on BTT. I am wondering if that can be done?
So, I'm trying to use BTT to program my Razer Tartarus as a replacement to their Synapse program which won't run on M1 Macs or Monterrey.
As near as I can tell, the keys default to the left keys of a keyboard? So "TAB-Q-W-E-R" and then "Caps Lock-A-S-D-F" and "SHIFT-Z-X-C-V". So, is it possible to assign actions to a Caps Lock or a Shift key? When I try to capture them in BTT, I don't see anything in the app.
Hi There,
Would it be possible to use BTT to program the Razer Tartarus (V2) keypad device?
It seems like a great device, but apparently the MAC software blows.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
I've been a long time user of better touch tool. But it seems to be pretty useless with mice with more than 5 buttons. Better touch tool simply does not recognized them. I've read in the forums that BTT will only recognize mice that the system recognizes. My request is to recognize additional mouse buttons. Here are a few mice that I use:
Razer Orochi
Razer Naga
Logitech G300S
Logitech Orboros
And a few more. Lots of mice and most gaming mice in 2020 are going to have more than 5 but…
