Window move and resize shortcuts only function when Move/Resize settings UI is open

Describe the bug
The resize and move window shortcuts appear to only work when the settings UI for those shortcuts is open. If the UI is closed the keyboard shortcuts no longer work until BTT is restarted and the UI reopened.

I have attached a short screen recording showing the behaviour here:

As a description of the video:

  1. Starting BTT fresh and attempting to use resize/move shortcuts
  2. Opening settings UI and using resize/move shortcuts
  3. Closing window and attempting again
  4. Reopening UI without a BTT restart
  5. Restarting BTT and opening UI
  6. Closing UI

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)
  • macOS version: Catalina 10.15
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.205 (1381)

On further inspection it appears there may be a new permissions required 'Input Monitoring'.

Checking this permission in the Security and Privacy section of System Preferences looks to have resolved the issue
