triggers with multiple actions: add/delete first action

For triggers with multiple actions, seems there is no easy way to achieve below without deleting current trigger and recreate one.

1. add a new action as the 1st action before all current actions. That means current 1st action would become the 2nd action.
2. delete current 1st action. That means current 2nd action would become the 1st action.

Can BetterTouchTool offer such options?

This bug still exists, and fixing it would make the program feel more polished, IMHO.

So if, for instance, you have this list of actions:

and you want to delete the first one, you can't:

because you end up with a "No action" trigger that can't be removed.
