"Trigger Context Menu Item" Not Working for Zotero

Describe the bug

"Trigger Context Menu Item" does not Work for Zotero.

I have tried both (11);(2) and Manage Attachments;Extract Annotations. The context menu does pup up, but no click is happening.
I've also tested "View PDF" and "Show File" etc. Neither works.
