How to trigger a context menu event

I am new to BTT. I have a fairly basic question: I want to trigger an event in an open context menu. I managed to open the context menu via a shortcut, but I do not know how to choose from the different options the action I want.

Looking around I came across the option of "Trigger Context Menu Item" but I couldn't find this option.

I am trying to activate a context menu item in Zotero. There was a similar question asked complaining that triggering did not work in Zotero, but that post received no answer.

I am using macOS 15.1.

Thank you, that was precisely what I'm looking for. The thing I still do not understand: I couldn't find the option "Trigger Context Menu Item" by scrolling through all options manually. But it appeared with the search, as you have demonstrated in your screenshot.
