Thumb Buttons 3 & 4 not working with 3F Swipe Left/Right on MacOS Ventrua

After programming normal mouse triggers on a new Macbook Pro w/ OS Ventura 13.2.1 I find it isn't working. This worked on the previous Mac I had on the same version of OS.

Affected input device: Logitech G502 Hero mouse, Macbook Pro

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: Apple M2 Pro
  • macOS version: Ventura 13.2.1
  • BetterTouchTool version: (please post the exact version - not just "the latest one") 4.069 (2284)

Are you sure the mouse buttons act as button 3 and 4? do other actions work with these?

having the exact same issue here with my Anker ergonomic mouse. the buttons 3 - 4 work for other commands such as volume up or down but not for 3F swipes.

my mac is running ventura 13.1 (22C65) and I am using BTT v 3.209 for (I downloaded the latest version later but didn't help either) - please help!!
