I copy text to the clipboard. Then I move the document (or what should I call it?) to a snippet folder. If I now add text, the text does not remain in this document.
I am no longer able to reproduce this “error”. That's good. It probably doesn't even exist. After changing the settings, BTT sometimes needs some time to implement this (at least for me) so that the old settings are still active for a while. I always forget this because I am impatient.
Ehhhh, Andreas, my man, thank you very much! This is my lucky day. The snippet manager (yes I call it like that) is so fantastically versatile.
Different triggers can be used to display different views. Unfortunately only one at a time. Wouldn't it be great to be able to open several views at the same time and compare the content? That would turn it into a little planning tool usable for everything and more.
Go there via Finder => Go => Go to Folder, make sure to include the ~. However this will be a copy of your whole clipboard manager contents, not only the snippets.
I'll probably add some way to export soon.
If someone wants to use the new possibilities to edit text. Clicking only works below the redline (at least for me). Otherwise you might think it doesn't work.
