Since Sequoia upgrade, Maximize Window Left Half & Right Half are leaving space

Describe the bug
When I am clicking to Maximize the window in the left or right half, there is an area of screen that the window is not taking up.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):'
MacBook Pro M1 with a Dell UP2720Q Display attached. Only running on External Monitor.
