BTT v4,630 macos Ventura 13,6,7
"Execute Named Trigger in BTT" gives an error in Shortcuts app.
It says "It can not be executed the action due an internal error"
does the message say the error occured in BTT or is it an internal shortcuts error? (in that case usually restarting macOS solves the issue)
Restarting mac doesn't solve the issue.
I get the same message in three different ways. The message is not very clear to me. The message says:
The action "Execute Named Trigger in BetterTouchTool" hasn't been executed because an internal error has occurred.
Unfortunately as far as I know, this is a issue in shortcuts. Here was a user with the same issues earlier this year, for him deleting BTT and installing it again helped:

What is the best way for reinstalling BTT. Just remove the app and install it again, or remove also all user files?
just remove the app file and add it back, then you won't loose any settings

I have removed the BTT app file from the Apps folder, and empty the trash.
I have downloaded the last version from website, and move it to the Apps folder.
The BTT has opened with all the presets installed, so I didn't need to import them.
The shortcuts app issue is not fixed.

Yes, the named trigger is correct and it's enabled. I can open it via shortcuts app and an applescript.

I remember to remove some files or folders time ago when I have a weird issue, and the issue was fixed.
The BTT version I downloaded is the latest, the version 4.633
I am on macos ventura 13.6.7
These might be remnants from the experiments with menubar management when macOS 13 was still enabled. Try running this terminal command while BTT is quit:
defaults delete com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool BTTLastSpacerItems
