Sequoia 15.1.1 doesn't allow snapping to edge of screen

Describe the bug
My laptop updated to Sequoia 15.1.1 last night. Today, when I tried snapping window to full / half screen, there is about a 10 pixel padding around all the windows (they don't fully snap to the edge of my screen). I am aware that there was always a little padding, but now it's much more severe. I can't find any settings to fix this.
