This has resolved the issue.

Moving and Resizing Modifiers stopped working

I reinstalled BTT after manually deleting the files in the Application Support folder. After the reinstallation and the import of my settings, everything worked normally again. It seems as if something got corrupted in the support files, but I cannot guess what caused the problem initially.

Edit: said to early. The function will randomly stop working again after some time. I have reinstall BTT. It works again after the reinstallation but stopped working again after some time. I say "randomly" because I don't know what was the cause.
