Missing option "New BTT Default Normal Click" in Force Touchpad settings

Describe the bug

I recently upgraded BetterTouchTool from version 4.701 to the latest version(5.468) and found that the haptic feedback option "New BTT Default Normal Click" is missing in the Force Touchpad section of "Settings".

On my device, only the options starting with "New BTT" have a haptic feel close to the stock tap haptic resonse. The haptic resonse of other options feels soft and mushy.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: Mac mini
  • Type of trackpad: Magic Trackpad 2 Space Grey
  • macOS version: 13.6 (22G120)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 5.468

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.):

This problem seems similar to this post: Haptic response changed and not the same as before

That option has been removed quite a while ago because it didn't work on modern macOS anymore.
However "BTT Default Normal Click" should work fine.

"BTT Default Normal Click" does not work for me. As described in the post, it is mushy and lack of clicky.

have you tried it in the new version? It has been reworked completely since the 4.701 version (these changes happened about a year ago and so far I have only received positive feedback on this)

Yes, I have tried 5.468 .
I'm sorry for my late feedback because my license expired about 2 years ago so I didn't upgrade to newer versions. Now I've renewed my license and upgraded and found the response changed.

Maybe the rework breaks compatibility with older macOS versions e.g. 13? macOS 14 should have released at that time, so there were no much macOS 13 users then.
