I have a M4 MacBook Pro.
I want
A) Hold Middle Click and Drag on the trackpad.
B) Hold Middle Click and Drag on a physical mouse.
Such as Logitech bluetooth physical mouse.
Can I do this with this app?
Any answer? No technical support? etc.?

it should be visible when you click the trackpad gesture. Did you see there is a ready to use preset in that thread?

This sends a middle-mouse-down event when you do a three finger click. You can then remove two fingers from the trackpad and move the cursor with the remaining finger to do a middle-mouse-drag. Once you release the last remaining finger, the middle-mouse-up event is triggered.
Step 1) Three finger click and hold.
Step 2) Release 2 fingers while the one is still holding and drag with this one finger.
Am I right?
It has to pan the screen in 3d modeling app but It does not for some reason.
Somewhat I activate the action now I can't get out.
Another question is How to get out this mode while using the 3d Modeling app?

This should work in your 3d modelling app, however I'm don't know much about these. I have tried with tinkercad, there it seems to work fine.
I tested online mouse tester websites. Also 3d modeling app.
Middle click works.
However drag does not work.
I didn't release my fingers, 1 finger hold, 2 finger hold anything works while dragging.

Sorry, then I don't know. It works fine in all apps I have used it with over the years.

Where did you get that Live View test screen? In the Bettertouchtool app?
I want to test there as well.
By the way I can do It now.
I think while 3 finger clicking It does not get that I click with my 3 fingers.
Maybe I click with more like with my 2 fingers rather than the 3rd one click is weak or etc.
