Lag in the text area on BTT's release notes window, which stops if BTT is disabled

If I try to select any text (with double click or by dragging the mouse cursor) in the BTT's release notes window:

there's a noticeable lag as you can see in the recording below. This only happens in that window. If I open the release notes in the community thread - no such issue. I've tried with other long files:

opened in MS Edge or Firefox but wasn't able to reproduce the issue.

If I disable BTT for all apps, issue stops immediately (no need to restart BTT nor to close the window).
I've checked and no trigger is being triggered during the text selection, despite the fact that I have the TextSelectionMenu CAG enabled, which would have be similar to Text Selection menu cause spinning ball on MS Edge + copy to clipboard

In the recording you can see the ActivityMonitor window behind the BTT window, but I cannot see any obvious spikes during the text select.

I've also noticed a lag when switching between any other window and BTT's release notes window, but only when clicking the text area of this window - meaning that the issue doesn't happen if I switch/activate the window when clicking the non-text area (e.g. title bar)

Thanks for reporting, I'll have a look. That webview is pretty special because of the integration with the sparkle updater. I have been thinking about switching to a native markdown renderer anways, maybe I'll do that soon.
