Issue when I start mouse gestures triggered by a named trigger

Description:

I use HammerSpoon in order to use the 4th mouse button as a trigger of the mouse gestures.

But with the updated BTT, the gesture is sometimes hard to use for me. Though I cannot describe it well, the mouse stroke isn't tracked during gestures.

Named Triggers:

  • Start Mouse Gestures
  • Stop Mouse Gestures

HammerSpoon settings:

  • Trigger "Start" via Apple Script when the 4th mouse button is pressed and the cursor moves.
  • Trigger "Stop" when the button is released.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac:
    Macbook Air 15 inch 2023
  • macOS version:
    Ventura 13.6.1
  • BetterTouchTool version: (please post the exact version - not just "the latest one")
    4.356 (43560)
    I also tested the latest alpha version but the issue exists.

FYI, In the previous version, it worked well.

it could be related to Drawings / Mouse Gestures & Middle Mouse Button Issues - Version 4.356, in which case it should be fixed in the latest alpha!

It works well in the BTT version 4.361 (43610).
