I am trying to replicate Rectangle in BTT just to have one less app constantly running.
I have trying replicating what's on the post here:
but it just doesn't seem to recognise any sort of gesture so I assume I am missing something.

what exactly have you tried - maybe post a screenshot of your setup.
Did you setup drawing gestures like here?

Looks like it works fine now, for some reason I had to close the config window first? And I've gotten it to work with just a modifier key which is great.
Do you know if it's possible to not have the drawing show on screen when I press the start gesture button?

Are drawing more of the same gesture and increasing recognition certainty the best ways for the app not to confuse one gesture with another?
I've gotten most of the features of the I use for basic swiping done so I feel like I can replace Rectangle for now.
Just need to figure out how to swap between screens if the window is already on the edge.
