I am also seeing this (btt alpha v4.849 running on ventura v13.7.).
With the bettertouchtool finder extension enabled and no context items configured, right clicking on a file in finder is now showing this in the context menu:

unfortunately Apple has removed/forgotten the UI to manage these Finder extensions in Sequoia. Try this terminal command: pluginkit -e ignore -i com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool.BTTFinderContextMenu or if you are using setapp: pluginkit -e ignore -i com.hegenberg.bettertouchtool-setapp.BTTFinderContextMenu
