How can I completely disable the mouse scroll acceleration?

Hi,

I use a Razer DeathAdder Chroma mouse, which works well with BTT, but unfortunately, the scrolling is unpredictable...

I want the scroll wheel to scroll 3-4 lines (or whatever I set it to). Unfortunately, when I scroll slowly, the content barely moves, but when I scroll quickly, it moves much more. This is unpredictable for me; I want the scrolling to have a fixed value, no matter how fast I scroll. However, I do need the smooth scrolling. Keep that, it’s great.

if you set acceleration strength to 0 everywhere, there should be no acceleration (0.1 is small but still noticable)

Unfortunately it doesn't help... If I roll it slowly, it barely moves, but if I roll it quickly, it rolls faster. Can the mouse wheel's ratchet unit be a fixed value?

The distance per tick scroll modifier would allow you to set a fixed distance per tick. However I am not quite sure how the effect will look like when combined with the smooth scroll modifier as smoothing can sometimes also feel a bit like acceleration.

I'm going to use the SmoothScroll app. It would have been nice if I hadn't had to download yet another app just for this. Thank you very much!
