Hovered Over Trigger

A trigger that initiates when the cursor hovers over a determined area on the screen. As far as I can tell it's the click trigger without the click. This would allow creation of custom "hot sides" amongst other things.

I want to add more, but didn't get to that yet. (I need to make sure they don't impact performance because they will always need to be checked when the mouse moves)

thanks, as far as I can tell you can't do left/right edges with these
