The option "Show Via Action, Restore When App Becomes Active Again" is not working as expected, it's broken. The Floating Menu is not shown when the app becomes active again.
weird, it seems to work ok here. However note that this only restores the menu visibility if the menu has not been hidden via some other action or setting inbetween.
It's strange that it works on your system.
I have configured this FM to only show when Cubase is the main application, if the FM is already open.
This FM worked fine in previous versions. By the way, I requested this feature for this specific FM in this thread.
Since you implemented this feature, this FM has been working fine until today. I don't think I changed anything in this FM configuration.
There has been a change recently that might affect this, could you check whether 6.712 fixes this for you?
