How to configure a Floating Menu in Specific App to keep visibility?

I have configured a floating menu for Cubase.

It is shown/hidden via action (a shortcut).

When the floating menu is shown in Cubase and I switch to another app, the floating menu is hidden automatically. That's perfect. But when I go back to Cubase again, the floating menu is not shown automatically, so I have to press the shortcut again to make it visible.

How do I have to configure the floating menu to keep the visibility when I go back to Cubase?

I'll add an option to allow that specific use case. Currently only using the "visible on launch" option would work, but that would mean the menu is always shown even if you haven't shown it via action.

Great, thanks!

if you don't mind, let me know when you have implemented this option!

Thanks again!

I think the option to add could be "Close when switching to another app".

I guess that's what you were already thinking of doing, but just in case, I share this idea.

But I think you want it to close when switching to another app, or not? And then reopen it when coming back to the app?

6.464 adds this, it is currently called "Via Action, Restore If App Becomes Active"

Installed. It works like a charm. Better implementation than my idea, great!

Just one consideration: I think it doesn't make much sense to show this third option in the floating menus of the "Global" section (the section for all apps).

If it's not too complicated, maybe it would be better to only show this third option for the floating menus of specific apps, don't you think?

yep, done!
