Custom Finder Context Menu Items with SF Symbols don't contrast in dark mode

Describe the bug With the new 'Custom Finder Context Menu Items' feature, when using an icon 'From SF Symbols' for a 'Context Menu Item' (eg. doc.text), with dark mode enabled, the icon appears black rather than a light/contrasting colour like I would have expected.
