Bug: "Disabled" Context Menu Item still shows up in "Show Custom Context Menu (NEW)" action

Describe the bug (steps to reproduce)

  1. Create a "Show Custom Context Menu (NEW)" action.
  2. Add an item to the Custom Context Menu.
  3. Disable the item by selecting "Enable/Disable Selected Trigger".
    As expected, the item becomes grayed out.
  4. Trigger the "Show Custom Context Menu (NEW)" action.
  5. :bug: The disabled item still appears in the Context Menu.
  6. Also note, selecting the disabled item does not trigger the associated action.

Expected Behavior

  1. The Custom Context Menu should show only "enabled" items.

Affected input device:
Triggered via Keyboard shortcut.
