BTT stops working after a while

Describe the bug
Gestures stops working several times a day. Have to manually start BTT again.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
I use Magic mouse primarily. But touchbar widget (emojis) seems to be in place while mouse gestures stops working.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MBP 2016
  • macOS version: 10.13.4
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.536

Additional information (e.g. StackTraces, related issues, screenshots, workarounds, etc.):
I experience this bug about couple years on different app and OS versions. But now it became very annoying, since I need to switch screens about million times in a minute, but mouse suddenly stops doing it :man_facepalming:.

And yes, I searched this forum and no solutions were found in other similar topics.

Hi,

if possible go to the about tab in BetterTouchTool and click the "Export Debug Information" button. This will create a folder on your desktop called BetterTouchToolDebug. If you send that to andreas@folivora.ai I will be able to look into the logs.
