Any way to click and drag middle mouse button from touchpad? (Magic Trackpad 2)

Is there any way to configure BTT to provide a middle mouse button click-and-drag using touchpad alone?

I'm playing a game which uses middle mouse button to pan around the map. This is easily done with a mouse, but I can't find a good way to do it with touchpad alone.

The compromise I have right now is to bind F3 to MMB, allowing me to hold F3 and then move one finger around on the trackpad. That's OK, but it'd be nice if there was a touchpad-only solution.

This is old, but should still work (the UI looks different now):
Emulate a real middle click (including dragging) with the trackpad. E.g. for CAD programs. - Setup/Preset Sharing / Developer Verified Presets - BetterTouchTool Community (folivora.ai)
