You probably need this preset - eliminates the stutter when dragging an inactive window

**in macOS I notice theres a consistent stutter of almost a second when trying to drag a window that is currently inactive.

this super simple preset eliminates that with seemingly no side effects (if you do find any let me know)

basically this could be useful to anyone**…**
here it is:
(notice the trigger condition for hovering on titlebar**

Thanks, this tiny bug is just one of the laundry list of MacOS’s many bugs. However, this solution seems to break window snapping so I can’t use it :frowning: Tried experimenting with it for a bit but to no avail. This is on Sequoia.
