I wish to make an XY axis listener from my magic trackpad, and map it to Ableton, to get a kinda Khaospad controller.
However, I see no gestures that can listen to touch position in the app. Is there a way to make it somehow?

can you describe in a little more detail how your controller should behave?
Always listen position of the finger / send xy feedback via cc or midi
BTT currently doesn't have a way to expose the raw trackpad data. I'll think about maybe making it available for usage with scripts via the generic device support.
Thank you, I would be glad if you would let me know if that feature becomes available
please stop pushing your posts like this, I get an email for every new reply, so deleting existing replies and posting the same again is really annoying
I did this specifically to show you the notification. This is exactly what they were created for, and this is how social networks (forums) work - they show notifications about incoming messages.
By the way, if any of the users are looking for the feature described above, you can take a look at https://audioswiftapp.com/ - the application does exactly what I said, and the discount until the beginning of December = 50%
no this is absolutely not how you use a forum. Deleting a post just to post the exact same thing again in order to push your post to the top has never ever been acceptable
I had no wish (idea too) to move my post to thetop, just wanted to show you my message
ok! I received the notification the first time you posted it, no need to receive it multiple times;-)
I will of course update here once I have added a way to access the raw data. It’s on my todo list but might take a while. AudioSwift is great if that solves your issue!
