Wont activate until i switch app

Describe the bug
For a couple of weeks now ive had things strange thing that Better Touchtool stops working and no matter if i restart it, no actions work on trackpad until i switch to another app. Its like its deactivated in current app, and reactivates I switch to another app and back.

But its a bit strange that a restart of Better Touchtool doesnt even fix it.

It has continued to happen thru about 3 updates.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: Macbook pro m1
  • macOS version: 15.2
  • BetterTouchTool version: (please post the exact version - not just "the latest one") 5.190

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.):

maybe you have accidentally disabled BetterTouchTool for that app?

No. It works fine. As I said, if I just switch to another app and back it works fine. Its as if Better Touchtool got stuck in deactivate an app? But its strange that restarting Better Touchtool doesnt make it work again, only switching to another app and back again will make it work.

Weird, is BTT disabled for any app?

Did this happen with 5.190 - if so, do you remember in which app or what you did before it happened?

Yes in 5.190. I was in Safari. But i spend 98% of my time in there. Just thought you should know, and to check if there where any others having the issue. It happens rarely.
