with BTT open, "3 fingers to drag" stops working

Describe the bug
when BTT is active , dragging stuff with "3 fingers drag" becomes impossible, or only works from time to time. all gestures related to 3 fingers are disabled

i just discovered that this option fixes it...however it wasnt needed in the previous versions of BTT, i could enjoy both 3F drag AND windows snapping ultimate performance

Try to activate the three finger drag optimizations in the BTT settings:

worked for me , what's weird is that i didnt have to rely on this optimization before last update
