I have the trackpad trigger 'pinch with two fingers and thumb' set to resizing windows to half sized. It shrinks the windows no problem, but when I try to move the window by clicking and dragging the title bar after its been shrunk with the pinching method, it returns to its original size. It's pretty annoying and I see no way of correcting this through better touch tools so I am assuming it's a bug.
