Describe the bug
I have an issue since my last update last 4.x to 5.137.
It's only with Intellij, all my other applications are working well.
With Intellij, all my keyboard shortcuts used to resize windows (move left half, right half, maximize, next monitor and restore Old size) are not working.
They are intercepted by BTT (Intellij don't receive events when trigger are activated in BTT), bit nothing append.
And when I activated 'show when trigger is activated' I see the trigger message.
Of course I tried to restart BTT, Intellij and reboot my Mac.

Device information:
Type of Mac: M1 Max
macOS version: Sequoia 15.1.1 (no recent update)
BetterTouchTool version: 5.137
Intellij is a 3 months old version.
I am on BTT 5.199 and I am still encountering issues with Intellij. Specifically, "Move window" is not working for Intellij only. Works fine for any other window. I am using Opt key for moving window under cursor.
I have tripple checked and BTT is not disabled for Intellij
I'm using BTT 5.199 without any pb with Intellij, but I have exactly the same behavior than you with VLC for a long time.
Only move/resize windows with VLC...
I also tripple checked my conf and never found an explanation.
I'm the latest version, and this works for me with PyCharm CE. I know that it is different from IntelliJ, but it still comes from JetBrains I think. Have you tried with the latest BTT stable?
Have you tried to configure a trigger for these actions, like this:
The trigger is fired, and it's only an issue with 'move to next monitor'.
As it's only for this action and this application I didn't opened a ticket here, because I think it probably more the way vlc is reacting to this event.
I just mentioned here to react to initial case.
I move to last version (5.250) and nothing change on my side
