Window Switcher doesn't focus window on another display

Describe the bug

  1. Have additional display
  2. Have several windows (Finder for example) on each display
  3. Use Show Window Switcher for Active App
  4. Try to select window on the same display - works fine
  5. Try to select window on the second display - window brings to front but doesn't became active
