Describe the bug
When: using the Snapping feature.
If: I create a Chrome PWA and launch it. Snapping works fine for it. But once I minimize this PWA and bring it back.
Then: snapping that PWA will actually snap the browser’s window instead :\
This bug has been there for 6 months now from my knowledge I was just trying to live with it by restarting the PWA when this breaks and remembering to not minimize them.
I use PWAs and Snapping a lot but this issue is making it very hard to use them.
The same issue happens on many other similar tools snapping tools (ex. magnet has the same exact issue), but some tools like Maczy zones don’t have this issue.
