Window snapping after wake from sleep

Describe the bug
The windows are sluggish to respond to snapping commands after waking from sleep. Other commands, such as touch and move windows, seem to work. But the window snapping takes about a minute to work, or perhaps begins to work only after another command has been executed.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Macbook Trackpad.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro M1 Pro
  • macOS version: Ventura 13.3.1 (a)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 4.073 (2289)

Actually, I realize now that the bug extends to all commands until I move a window. Then, after moving a window, the system responds to BTT commands. I don't know why I have to do that before the system recognizes BTT commands. Thanks.
