Window Dragging Not Working

Hello, long time BTT user here. Finally had to register for some support as I just can't figure out what's gone wrong. My window snapping has simply stopped working. I can't drag to corners, I can't drag to snap areas, in fact I can't drag at all. Things I have tried:

  • Changing the hotkeys to activate dragging; no effect
  • Toggling corner and top snapping off and on: no effect
  • Restarting the machine many times: no effect
  • Verified BTT has access to the Accessibility API
  • Reset the accessibility API database, and re-granted BTT permissions to both that API and screen recording; no effect
  • A number of reboots, peppered about all of these processes

I don't know what to make of it, it simply refuses to drag windows at all no matter what I do. :confused: Quite flummoxed. If it matters, I'm using the Magic Trackpad.

Technicals:

  • Mac is an M2 Air, 2023 running Sonoma 14.5
  • BTT version: 4.273 (last one I was able to get with my license, do I just need to upgrade?)

Hope I can get some help, this app makes my large ultrawide monitor an utter joy to use and I am painfully slow without it, haha. Thank you!

is your BTT maybe disabled? (check whether you can enable it via the menubar icon menu)

I have two options to disable, for all apps or active app, but no option to enable.

Maybe it's disabled here, or for a specific app?
