Window does not go to full screen when dragged towards top

When I drag a window towards the top of the screen, it doesn’t go to full screen. I do see the white frame showing it should have snapped to full screen.

When I try to snap to left, right, corners, they all work.

I’ve already tried restarting Mac. Quick Bettersnaptool and restarting it.

My Mac is MacBook Pro 16 Nov 2023

My OS is 15.7.2 (24G325)

My Bettersnptool version is 1.9.12

I do have Grammarly on the Mac.

I did some more testing and realized that only certain apps have this problem.

I confirmed that the Slack window does not snap top. But it snaps left, right, and corners just fine.

A bit more info. When I use shortcut to maximize Slack window, it doesn’t work.

When I selected from menu to maximize Slack window, it doesn’t work.
