Why keep showing shortcut box instead of just executing shortcut command?

Every time I input shortcut, BTT shows me shortcut box and make me click it in order to execute shortcut command. (keyboard shortcut, trackpad shortcut, just everything !)

It didn't happen before. BTT executed my shortcut command not showing shortcut box.

So frustrated. Drives me CRAZY.

What is "shortcut box" ? Please take a look at the screenshot attached.

FYI, I have the latest version.

• Type of Mac: MacBook Air 2015
• macOS version: 10.14.6 Mojave
• BetterTouchTool version: 3.744

this happens if you have configured the same shortcut twice, did you maybe duplicate your preset?

Thanks to your reply, I managed to fix this occasion.
Guess iCloud drive sync process wrote the same shortcut twice.
I manually erase duplicated shortcut.

P.S. BTT is the main reason for me to use Mac OS cause it helps me to control MacOS intuitively. Have a nice day.
