Why are some items purple and others black in BTT lists?

Why is "Front" black and other items purple?

I have the same question. I imagine that means the items are off? not sure how to chang that

the items get the color of the preset they belong to. The master preset is black. You can click "Manage Presets" to select the active presets and the master preset.
