Describe the bug
When waking from sleep the BTT icon no longer appears in the Touch Bar Control Strip

This did not appear to be an issue prior to the latest update. I can be worked around by going into General Touchbar Settings and unchecking/rechecking "Show BetterTouchToolIcon in the Control Strip".
Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.
