Weird sort of caching problem and floating menu's.

I have created a floating menu for Adobe Photoshop which on itself works fine.
Then I recreated the same kind of floating menu, now with larger buttons, to make it better function in accordance to my Astropad Luna display setup.

I have deleted the first floating menu I created, however old version keeps popping up, yet not being available in BTT any longer. Deleted it from BTT. I have restarted BTT several times, I have rebooted my mac several times, but it keeps occuring.

How can this be?
It's like there is some sort of caching going on that makes the old version pop-up as well. A very strange problem I've never had before.

Updated this morning to V. 4.672 this morning, might that be the problem?

You are sure it's not displayed in the BTT UI anymore? Maybe it was moved to some folder and not deleted or something like that?
It still must be in the database if it is popping up, possibly check with the outline view mode which might show it even if it has been moved to some location that should not be possible:

Possibly also check the "Recently used" section

Yes, very sure.
Checked and rechecked.

Weird problem, never have had such experience with BTT before.
As if not fully deleted or as if the older version is being cached somewhere in memory.

what happens if you right-click the incorrect one and choose "Reveal Menu in BTT UI" ?

If you want you can go to Help => Export Diagnostic Debug Information and send the result to me via andreas@folivora.ai, then I can check where it has hidden itself!

Opens up BTT, then 'For All Apps'.
Screen then says 'enter your first floating menu'

Then checked the recently used tab.
The incorrect version doesn't show up there either

Then checked under the app 'Adobe Photoshop 2024'.
Also doesn't show up there either.
Here the correct version is listed.

I have just made a backup of the correct version.
Will delete this version and do another import to see if that will solve the problem.
Stay tuned

That might have solved the problem.

What I did was to delete both triggers.
I had two floating menu's for photoshop:

One for CameraRAW, the other one for Photoshop (main screen).
Even though the version for CameraRAW never had the functionality I gave to the one for Photoshop itself, I do think this was actually causing the issue.

Now that I have only reinstalled the main version for photoshop it does seem to work.

With next version I will experiment with sub menu's.
Are there limits in the number of items I can place on a floating menu / submenu?
