Weekday incorrect for future dates in Touch Bar's Next Events / Reminders Widget

When Touch Bar is configured with the Next Events / Reminders Widget, the day of the week displays incorrectly for future dates. (The date, however, is correct.)

See the screen shot below which shows the current day of the week and date on the 1st Next Events / Reminders Widget (Sun, 14). The 2nd widget is configured to show events for the following day (Mon, 15). However, the widget continues to show the current day of the week (Sun). The date is correctly shown as "15".

I noticed this too. It works fine if you just display next the upcoming event, but if you want to show all the weekday is the same for all days.

is there also the possibility to display the correct tag when the settings are like by Stupefly?
