VoiceOver accessibility

I learned about BetterTouch tool on the Mac Power Users podcast, and I was very interested in the tool. I am visually impaired and use VOiceOVer, APple's screen reading technology. I found some portions of the interface accessible; however many buttons are unlabeled (missing the accessibility label), which makes it very difficult to know what their function is. I realize the windows features may not be so useful, but the assignment of gestures to the trackpad, keyboard, etc. would be quite useful. Would you please consider looking at the accessibility of BetterTouch Tool, perhaps starting with labeling of buttons?
THank you
