BTT does not detect modifier keys on triggers while in Windows 10 VMWare Fusion full screen. Easiest way to reproduce is to make some triggers that are conditional on presence of modifiers. Example:

I configured a couple of different triggers to send the CMD+Left/Right arrows with different modifier combinations that could be picked up by Windows as Home and End.
