Here's my situation: I have two different keyboards, and I would like to configure the same key sequence to work on both of them, but with different actions.
Is there any way to accomplish this?

Create two triggers. Then you can try this setting under "Trigger Conditions".
"Works on keyboards with same type as used for recording"
Just remember to record each of the shortcuts using the preferred keyboard.
This is the most obvious, but unfortunately it does not work properly. Maybe it is a bug. It works if only one Key Sequence is set up. Example: built-in keyboard a remains a. External keyboard a = something. It does not work if the "internal" a is also assigned a sequence. At least that's how it is here.

I can confirm that feature isn’t working properly. It was actually the first thing I tried.
What works well is same shortcut, different action, on different keyboards. It also works with only one letter/key. If that helps, until the problem with the sequences is fixed.
