Using Fn key in place of ctrl/opt/cmd for accessibility zoom

Is it possible for BTT to activate or emulate the accessibility zoom feature with the Fn key instead of the Apple provided options of ctrl/cmd/option? I've relied on that feature for years to overcome eyesight issues and it works wonderfully.

The reason I ask is that if I use Blender 2.8+ on a laptop. It uses all the modifier keys along with mouse scrolling, so trying to use Blender alongside of accessibility zoom has been a problem for me. (Older versions of Blender worked fine without needing the ctrl key)

I don't understand why Apple doesn't allow use of the Fn key as a display zoom activator, since it would be the least likely to interfere with applications.
