The keyboard layout is similar, and the keyboard is great.
A digital touch bar + the rest of the space for actions (or a trackpad, but the potential of a massive 10.5 "touch bar" is interesting.) and the keyboard is physical (also split screen/background activity can be helpful).
For anyone that heavily uses an iPad when working it can be incredible.
