Unable to see Shortcuts in the "Shortcuts" app

Bug Description
Better touch tool is unable to see any shortcuts in the "Shortcuts App". It returns this error: "Error3 while getting Shortcut"

most likely a permission issue. Make sure it is allowed to automate shortcuts events
