I have a 2017 MBP running 2.530 and I'm trying to transfer my presets to a new 2018 MBP (2017 is going to another employee). If I export compressed or uncompressed and import to the new computer (also running 2.530) there are simply no triggers listed. If I attempt to import the exported presets back into the 2017 it works perfectly and duplicates everything (as it should). Thanks.

FYI, this is still the case in 2.535 but Alternatively you can copy the ~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool folder and the ~/Library/Preferences/com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool.plist works!
could you send me the problematic export to andreas@folivora.ai? In general importing / exporting works fine, but maybe there is something specific in your export that crashes the process.
